For Jose Feliciano CFP, maximizing people’s financial potential by clarifying their destination and then putting in place steps to help them get there is a passion. His attention to their dreams is every bit as detailed as his attention to their financial health.
As president of Feliciano Financial Group, Jose takes a comprehensive approach to wealth management. He sees his role as helping people make well-informed decisions about their investments and retirement plans—providing them with greater financial independence, peace of mind, and security.

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jose was one of the first financial planners in the Tyler area. He was providing financial planning services even before it was considered to be a profession. As a Registered Investment Advisor, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to protect and grow the hard-earned assets of his clients, many of whom have experienced major life changes including retirement, divorce, or the loss of a spouse.
Jose graduated from the American College of Financial Planning. He holds the Certified Financial Planners designation (CFP), is a member of the Institute for Certified Financial Planners (ICFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Life Underwriter (CLU).
He values education as a way to promote professional excellence and is an active member of the International Association for Financial Planning. He has also served as a speaker, panelist and editor at various industry programs, is a regular contributor to the financial sections of CBS and Tyler Today.
